Synopsis of the work presented in the 1st course on concentrated and dehydrated milk

(Juiz de Fora – May – 1984).

In order to preserve the originality of the content, the organizers of this reprint decided to keep the texts and images as they appeared in the 1984 document. Therefore, some images were printed with low resolution and some concepts no longer represent the present day . With this, the organizers committed to  reservation of the history of the event.
